VIDEO EDITING SERVICES:

No Refunds on Completed Video Edits:

Once the video editing service is completed and delivered to the client, no refunds will be provided. We encourage clients to thoroughly review our portfolio, sample works, and communicate their requirements clearly before confirming the order.

CONSULTATION SERVICES:

No Refunds for Consultation Services:

Consultation fees are non-refundable. Clients are encouraged to make the most of the scheduled consultation time by preparing questions and relevant information in advance.

Rescheduling Consultations:

If a client is unable to attend a scheduled consultation, they must notify us at least 2 days before the appointment time. Rescheduling will be allowed without any additional charges.

Missed Consultation without Notice:

If a client misses a scheduled consultation without providing prior notice, the consultation fee will not be refunded, and a new consultation will need to be scheduled with a new fee.
